PEP For FitPros does not offer refunds.  All sales are final.  

We do understand that conflicts may arise after signups. PEP - Premium is offered solely in 3-week cohorts with a specific start and end date. If you’ve signed up for a 3 week cohort and later realize the timing, including the 3 weekly 1 hour video calls, does not work with your schedule, you may drop us an email at hello@pepforfitpros.com and we will notify you when the next cohort is scheduled and give you first priority to commit to the new cohort.  Video calls will also be recorded, and you can watch them at a later date if you're unable to attend.  

PEP - Classic is available for those wanting the course material only without the additional support. 

Terms & Conditions

PEP For FitPros is not a substitute for medical care. We present general information on preventative vocal care and speaking strategies. This course is not a treatment of injury, nor are participants patients. If you are experiencing symptoms of vocal injury or strain, please seek medical care from an ENT or laryngologist. They will diagnose and recommend an individualized course of treatment with the help of a speech-language pathologist.
